Well, I hope this finds everyone doing well and in good health. We ended February with a great beer dinner. Thank you Russel and Carol for hosting. Good beer, good food, and great people. It was a very nice evening. We are looking for a Host for the April beer dinner. I'm thinking the third or fourth weekend in April. If those dates work for anyone let me know. Bluebonnet is fast approaching. I will need to know the estimated arrival times of those attending so we can plan on

Our next meeting will be this Saturday Feb 7 at Sunn Haus at 2:30 PM. We will be discussing Iron Mash results, the club calendar for 2026, and making plans for Bluebonnet.  Even though this is kind of short notice I hope to see everyone there.

Happy New Year everyone.  Well, I was hoping to have the date for the kickoff meeting at Ben E. Keith, but a date hasn't been finalized. As soon as I do we will send it out. Iron Mash Awards Day is February 1st. Entries must be received by Jan 17th. Gary will be making a trip to brew hound if anyone wants to ride along you are more than welcome. We would like to thank Sam and Sunn Haus for providing a spot for us to judge. Also, a thank you goes out to the judges Sam, Randy, Eric, and Jamie. We had 10 entries for this competition. First place was a tie between an American strong ale and a Jalapeno saison with the tie breaker going to Dan Peters and second place to Dave Weber.
